QPI Teen Recruitment Resources

There exists a need for quality foster homes for teens. The Quality Parenting Initiative began a partnership approach to identifying how to address this need. In March 2015, a statewide workgroup of foster parents, youth, Community Based Care (CBC), and DCF staff was convened to create an implementation plan for a statewide recruitment initiative.
